Accelerating the Creation of a Trusted Space for a Sustainable Future
Shibuya Web3 University has established and published a Community Code of Conduct to further enhance the integrity and creativity of our entire community.
This code of conduct articulates standards for trustworthy behavior common to all participants, from general attendees to Create course members, speakers, and advisor companies. It was developed to build a globally trusted community while preserving our culture of free and uninhibited activity, based on our guiding principle: "Business is the means, a better future is the goal."
What We Value
At the core of our code of conduct is sincerity and respect for diversity, not mere formality:
Taking responsibility for words and actions to build trust
Welcoming different backgrounds and cultures, learning from our differences
Ensuring everyone can participate safely by not tolerating harassment or discrimination
Supporting each other's creativity and challenges
By articulating these values, we provide greater reassurance to those who already act appropriately while clearly drawing the line against inappropriate behaviors.
A Message to Society and the World
The establishment and publication of this code of conduct demonstrates Shibuya Web3 University's commitment to international ethical standards and respect for diversity, representing an important step toward maintaining trust in the global community.
In partnerships with companies and organizations, having clear standards builds the foundation of trust needed for collaboration. This is not just an internal document, but a promise to society.
The Code of Conduct is a Culture that Protects the Future
