After gaining experience as the editor-in-chief of a culture magazine, creative director at an advertising agency, and branding experience accompanying the reorganization of a university, he founded Zebra LLC while working at a brand consulting company before starting his own business. In his previous job, he worked on inner branding for listed companies and luxury brands.
He is also a musician in the rock unit hina-sammue, in which he writes lyrics, composes music, and plays guitar, and he consistently releases uplifting music for the world.
Sensing an energy reminiscent of the hippie movement of the 1960s among the people gathering around the new technology known as Web3, he sensed a similar turning point in the times and stepped up to lead the charge.

We are a company that promotes "achieving business objectives," "achieving SDGs," and "corporate philanthropy" by improving the productivity of our customers' business activities through the power of branding, and aims to solve social issues. In order to provide value in the form of branding for listed companies and local governments, as well as for start-up companies challenging new technologies, we opened "Shibuya Web3 University," a practical community specializing in Web3, on March 1, 2023. Projects aimed at solving social issues have been launched.

From the time of internship until 2018, he was mainly involved in the recruitment business.
In 2018, he joined Coincheck, Inc. as a human resources manager. As an engineer recruitment manager, he hired about 25 engineers in one year and then changed jobs to a planning position. Since then, he has been in charge of PM for multiple new currency listings and Japan's first IEO.
He joined bitFlyer Inc. in January 2022, and in July of the same year, he launched the current Crypto Strategy Department and became its deputy head. He is responsible for listing approximately 16 new currencies and bitFlyer's first IEO.
In February 2022, he was appointed vice chairman of the ICO/IEO subcommittee of the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association (JCBA), where he is involved in activities aimed at reforming the domestic IEO system, including compiling various proposal documents.
