He has served as editor-in-chief of a culture magazine, creative director at an advertising agency, and head of university branding, and has worked on brand strategies for over 100 companies, from listed companies to luxury brands and local governments.
He also works as a songwriter and guitarist for the rock unit "hina-sammue." He pursues creativity born from the fusion of music, business, and technology.
Sensing the revolutionary energy of Web3 reminiscent of the 1960s counterculture, he founded Shibuya Web3 University. Excited by the infinite possibilities that new technology offers, he is working with the next generation of innovators to create a future no one has ever seen before.

A super spicy artist who loves chili peppers. Director of the rock unit "hina-sammue." An illustrator who was involved in the launch of Shibuya Web3 University and supports it with visual design.
He received his MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in November 2024 (with a focus on internal branding) and is currently pursuing a DBA. After discovering Web3, he also began studying engineering. He is fascinated by the fusion of art, business, and technology.
He is a passionate man who strives for immortality with a spirit of inquiry that he believes "couldn't be accomplished even if I lived for 200 years." His motto is "Web3 set my soul on fire!" He dreams of new value being created in the world through innovative systems that have yet to be seen.

From the time of internship until 2018, he was mainly involved in the recruitment business.
In 2018, he joined Coincheck, Inc. as a human resources manager. As an engineer recruitment manager, he recruited about 25 engineers in one year and then changed jobs to a planning position. Since then, he has been in charge of PM for multiple new currency listings and Japan's first IEO.
He joined bitFlyer Inc. in January 2022, and in July of the same year, launched the current Crypto Strategy Department and became its deputy head. He is responsible for listing approximately 16 new currencies and bitFlyer's first IEO.
In February 2022, he was appointed vice chairman of the ICO/IEO subcommittee of the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association (JCBA), where he is involved in activities aimed at reforming the domestic IEO system, including compiling various proposal documents.
